No account or login required

CAB does not provide customer account registration or profile login on this website. Because there is no account system, customers do not need to create a password, maintain a profile, or log in to access our service.

We do not run a customer profile database. We only use the information you submit to prepare and deliver your report, process your order, provide support, and meet basic legal or payment record requirements.

Information we collect

When you place an order or request a reading, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Birth date, birth time, birthplace, and timezone information
• Your stated question or area of interest
• Payment status and order details from Stripe or PayPal

How we use information

We use this information to process orders, prepare digital BaZi reports, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.

Payment information

Card and PayPal payments are processed by third-party payment providers. CAB does not store full card numbers in this website application.

Data retention

We retain order and support information only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
