Digital report orders
CAB sells digital BaZi self-discovery reports and personalized readings. Because each report may be prepared from customer-provided birth details, completed and delivered reports are generally non-refundable.
Before delivery
If you contact us before report preparation has started, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Incorrect information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth date, birth time, birthplace, and contact information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the report before delivery.
Delivery problems
If you paid but did not receive your digital report within the stated delivery window, contact us at tong.xun@vip.163.com.
